AAJA Denver members find new jobs

Congratulations to our members who are starting new jobs!

Audra Ensign
Audra now works at High Noon Productions. She had previously worked as a reporter at KWGN and attended Colorado State University.

Brandon Iwamoto
Brandon is the new photographer at the Farmington Daily-Times in Farmington, N.M. He had previously attended Colorado State University.

Joe Nguyen
Joe is a new community journalist at Your Hub. He had previously worked at The Aurora Sentinel and attended Metropolitan State College of Denver.

Denver becomes 21st AAJA chapter

LOS ANGELES – The Asian American Journalists Association board of directors voted unanimously to approve Denver as its 21st chapter on Aug. 8 during the organization’s annual convention at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel.

“We just added another star to the flag,” AAJA National President Sharon Chan wrote on her Twitter feed.
